Robert Popolow the originator of AdrenalHigh Athletics has been an athlete since his teens and trainer since his low 20s.

For over 15 years he has trained people of a wide range of ages, abilities & professions.

His goal whether professionally or as a volunteer has always been to help others be healthy, happier, less stressful, & more energetic.

The foundation belief is that being well rounded & able to adapt to any circumstance or environment will assist one in being successful, healthy & more fullfilled in ones life as a whole.
